We’re Jennifer & Craig Mannion and we are obsessed with travel, food, culture and redefining empty nesting. We have two daughters; one who just graduated from college and one who just transferred to school in Wales. We always adored traveling with them and creating itineraries that all of us would love. 21 years later it’s back to just us and the questions - “What do we really want to do?”, “Am I even going to like you for a whole week?” and “Will we be bored?”.
We plan on looking for some fun trips and activities locally and abroad. Making sure they are full of adventure, fun and of course food. Making Empty Nest Travel the next big thing - maybe next you’ll have to follow us on Tik Tok.
